HighJump Developers are responsible for configuring, modifying, and testing, with possible design work, for clients with the HighJump Warehouse Advantage application. Training clients on HighJump is also a possibility. These consultants may also gain experience with additional WMS packages and programming languages.

These individuals will report to project leaders or possibly be project leaders themselves, and need to work well in a team environment as well as on their own.

Qualifications:

Required experience of at least 1-2 years with HighJump Warehouse Advantage:
  • Architect
  • Webwise and/or
  • Related HighJump applications
In addition, experience with any of the following is a Plus:
  • Manhattan WM for iSeries (formerly PkMS on the AS/400 platform) or Windows
  • Logistics Pro (LogPRO) for Warehousing or Traffic
  • SSA EXE
  • SSA Warehouse BOSS
  • SSA CAPS Logistics
  • SSA Arzoon LIFE
  • RedPrairie WMS
All candidates should:
  • Have good communication (written & oral) skills
  • Be willing to travel up to 25%
  • Be open to relocation
  • Work well in team environment
  • Have a good work ethic
Candidate will be able to live and work out of their home anywhere within the USA accessible to an airport and with high speed Internet access.

Consultants begin their career with hands-on training. Our consultants are provided with technical skills along with proven business skills to become effective contributors to our projects. After training, consultants are assigned to projects where they are responsible for working with clients to determine and implement the best solutions according to their needs.

These individuals report to project leaders and need to work well in a team environment. The ability to communicate (verbally and written) and interact with all levels of personnel is an important function of the job. This position may require upwards of 25% travel throughout the U.S with possibilities for international travel.
