Cornerstone Management Advisors was started in 2013 by Chris Werling, a serial entrepreneur, businessman, extreme networker, writer, speaker, and consultant.
In 1997 Werling co-founded Cornerstone Solutions, a supply chain management consulting firm which he led until selling the business in 2011.
In 1998 he also started Cornerstone Information Security to provide cyber security products and services to companies until its sale in 2005.
In 2011 Chris launched Cornerstone Global Ministry Consulting, a 501(c)(3) management consulting firm specializing in helping nonprofits improve in efficiency and effectiveness.
While Chris still works with larger corporations in supply chain management, today he specializes in helping small to medium-sized companies, non-profits, and ministries reach the full potential of their next-growth stages.
In addition to working with small to medium-sized companies, Chris enjoys working with startup entrepreneurs. He consults for a variety of mostly technology and professional services companies.
Chris earned a B.S. in Computer Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology. Just to make things more interesting in college, he also studied pre-law and pre-med.
Beyond consulting, Chris writes and speaks. You can read more about that on his personal website at www.ChrisWerling.com.
His speaking career spans over 30 years and includes venues such as user groups, dinner meetings, conferences, speaking competitions and more in places such as Chicago, Indianapolis, Atlanta, Dallas, Las Vegas, Orlando, and Anaheim. His published work has appeared in APICS, The Warehousing Education and Research Council (WERC), Supply Chain Digest, MHI, Arabian Business, Logistics Middle East, and more.
Given Chris' many years in the technology, management consulting, and professional services industries, he has brought together a team of consultants at Cornerstone Management Advisors for almost any problem or opportunity.
